Words whose initial letters are capitalized have the meanings defined below. These definitions have the same meaning whether they appear in singular or plural form.

  • Company, We, Us, or Our means Richard Torno, operator of My Auto Advise, located in Nevada, United States.

  • Content means text, articles, graphics, images, videos, downloads, and other information made available through the Website.

  • Terms means these Terms and Conditions governing access to and use of the Website.

  • Website means the My Auto Advise website available at https://myautoadvise.com/.

  • You or Your means the individual accessing or using the Website, or the business or other legal entity on whose behalf that individual is acting.

About My Auto Advise

My Auto Advise is an independent automotive consulting service that helps consumers better understand automotive repair estimates, recommended services, and questions they may wish to ask a repair facility.

My Auto Advise is not a motor vehicle repair facility. We do not perform repairs through the Website, sell automotive parts, or act as an agent or representative of any repair facility, vehicle manufacturer, warranty provider, or insurance company.

Website Information Only

Content available on the Website is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Website Content is not a diagnosis, physical inspection, safety inspection, repair authorization, appraisal, or recommendation regarding a specific vehicle. It is not a substitute for an in-person evaluation by a qualified automotive technician or repair facility.

Vehicle conditions, repair procedures, pricing, manufacturer information, and industry practices may vary or change. Although We make reasonable efforts to provide useful information, We do not guarantee that Website Content is complete, accurate, current, or applicable to every vehicle or circumstance.

Do not rely on Website Content to determine whether a vehicle is safe to drive. If a vehicle may present a safety concern, stop operating it when reasonably safe to do so and seek prompt assistance from a qualified repair facility, roadside service, or emergency service, as appropriate.

Separate Consulting Services

These Terms govern access to and use of the Website only. Individualized consultations, repair-estimate reviews, written reviews, telephone or video consultations, and other services offered by My Auto Advise are governed by a separate service agreement provided to the customer before those services begin.

Submitting a contact form or inquiry does not create a consultant-client relationship and does not obligate My Auto Advise to accept or perform any service. If these Terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement controls with respect to the individualized service covered by that agreement.

Contact Forms and User Submissions

When You submit information through the Website, You agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and not misleading. You must not submit information that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, defamatory, or that violates another person's privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, or other rights.

You represent that You have the right to provide any estimate, invoice, photograph, vehicle record, message, or other material You submit. You grant Us permission to receive, store, reproduce, and review submitted materials as reasonably necessary to respond to Your inquiry, operate the Website, maintain appropriate business records, and comply with applicable law, subject to Our Privacy Policy.

Do not submit payment-card details, Social Security numbers, driver's-license numbers, medical information, or other unnecessary sensitive information through a general contact form.

Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct

You may use the Website only for lawful, personal, and noncommercial purposes. You agree not to:

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, privacy policies, products, services, or business practices. Your use of a third-party website is governed by that third party's terms and privacy policies. You access third-party websites at Your own risk.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate Your access to the Website, without prior notice, if We reasonably believe You have violated these Terms, misused the Website, threatened its security or operation, or engaged in unlawful or harmful conduct.

The Company will not be responsible for decisions to authorize, postpone, decline, or seek additional evaluation of vehicle repairs based solely on general Website Content.

If liability arising solely from use of the Website cannot legally be excluded, the Company's total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount, if any, You paid specifically for access to the Website during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the foregoing limitations may not apply to You.

Governing Law

These Terms and Your use of the Website are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent that mandatory laws in Your jurisdiction apply.

Informal Dispute Resolution

Before filing a legal claim concerning the Website, You agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally by contacting Us at the email address below and providing a reasonable description of the concern. This section does not prevent either party from seeking immediate relief when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, safety, confidential information, or intellectual property.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Waiver

The failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it later. A waiver of one breach will not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between You and the Company concerning use of the Website. They do not replace or modify any separate service agreement governing individualized services provided by My Auto Advise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When We do, We will post the revised Terms on the Website and update the “Last updated” date. Changes become effective when posted unless a later effective date is stated.

Your continued use of the Website after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If You do not agree with the revised Terms, You must stop using the Website.
