After 10 years working as an automotive Service Advisor, I saw firsthand how confusing and stressful car repairs can be for consumers. Customers are often presented with expensive repair recommendations and expected to make decisions without fully understanding what the repairs mean, how important they are, or what questions they should ask.
I started My Auto Advise to use my industry experience on the consumer's side. My mission is to help people better understand their repair recommendations so they can ask better questions, feel more confident, and make informed decisions before spending their hard-earned money.
The repair shop has a Service Advisor. I believe the customer deserves someone in their corner too.
